Level 3 Personal Trainer
My names Chloe and I am a qualified level 3 personal trainer.
The love I have for fitness started when I first set foot in a gym at the age of 17. I have been training now for over 5 year and have built a huge passion for weight training and body building during this time. I have learnt a lot over the years from not only my own experience but also through lots of research and learning.
Lifting weights has become a huge part of my life not only for the physical changes it can bring, but also the mental benefits! My continued aim as a personal trainer is to help others explore these benefits too! I aim to show women how strong and powerful lifting weights can make them feel, as well as giving clients the education and guidance to achieve their goals; using scientific based research as well as my own personal experience.
I specialise in muscle gain, weight gain and fat loss, and I have already helped many people to gain confidence in their own skin. My approach with clients is always realistic. I don’t just help clients to achieve results I also teach my clients how to sustain the results long term.
