I am Level 3 qualified Personal Trainer who has a true passion for all aspects of health and fitness. My love for training advanced throughout my 10 year career as a professional football player and I have carried this forward in my new journey as a Personal Trainer. Having qualified in coaching a variety of sports, I am able to implement a unique style of training with my clients.
Strength and conditioning is one of my key interests as well as improving body composition in a functional way. I have been fortunate to train a wide variety of amazing people from all walks of life, including professional sportsman.
I am a big sport fanatic. Triathlons, football, rugby, golf, skiing to name a few. Being a huge foodie, I’m a big believer that you can enjoy what you eat and hit your targets along the way. Train Hard and Train Smart.
