I have always had a strong passion towards sports & fitness, over the years
I have gained my ‘Personal Training’ qualification, along with ‘Sports
Conditioning’ where I advanced these skills at Cardiff Metropolitan
University. I studied Strength & Conditioning, Rehabilitation & Massage to
obtain further knowledge into the science of what the body needs for general
exercise, recovery or sport related activity. My speciality is training
specific fitness components to improve sport-based activities whether that
is team or individual based.
