I have always had a passion for sports and fitness, competing in several sports from a young age at competitive levels. This led me to join the military, push myself and be my reason ‘why’ to train. Whilst in the military I became a fitness instructor for my battery, as well as being selected to go on various external courses and this was when I realised, I wanted to further my role to be able to help others achieve their fitness goals.
After leaving the military I went on to study BSc Sports and Exercise Science at university as well as coaching CrossFit at my local Box and continuing to develop my passion for functional training that started in the military.
I have always had a goal in mind when training, driving me forward to push myself more, this goal being my reason why, it’s not always easy and some days don’t feel as positive as others, but each step and each rep is pushing me to that reason why, what’s your reason why?
